Apparently I have won several thousand dollars in a US draw without buying a ticket. I was given a reference number but it sounds very much like a scam.
They said something unintelligible when I answered and then immediately hung up.

Claimed to be from O2, said they were calling because I was a "Longtime customer", accidentally hung up themselves mid-sentence. Considering I only joined O2 last month, almost certainly a scam.

I remember speaking to them a while ago when I told them I was not interested so now I am fed up with them ringing & hanging up. SCAM: Caller explained someone in Reading had created a fake Amazon account my name, & wanting to buy an iphone 12 which would cost me £700. I called back the number after abvout the 10th missed call. They are a company called MJE who want me to make a claim for missold PPI due to a loan or credit card. I didn t take PPI so told them they were wrong. Asked how they got my number, they get their phone list from a company called DLG Marketing. Told them to take me off the list, we ll see if I get anymore calls.
