Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Spam call supposedly from carphone warehouse. I said "I have no contract with carphone warehouse" - and the guy replies "oh, that's ok that's ok, I'm not selling you anything. I just wanted to call and tell you that I love you so much, and I want to marry you". At which point I'd hung up.
