Called regarding a Road Traffic Accident that happened. They knew my name, my insurer, my vehicle make/model and the date of the accident. The caller said they were getting feedback on my insurer and was particularly interested in personal injury and whether it was settled. Most likely a discrete attempt at fishing for a potential personal injury claim.

When doing 1471 as waiting for news from vet etc or elderly relation in hospital, and calling this number, went onto your call is in queue. It is a scam and could be actually charging you.
