Got a text saying unable to verify you billing deatils on you EE account clearly a scam I don't have an account with EE, Telecom companies would tell you to to go to you account and verify your details not give you a link to click on, clearly an attempt to get you card details.

Fraud Automated call about investigating my NI number due to fraudulent activity

This number called with regard to a no fault car accident. Told them I am registered with Telephone Preference Service (which I am) and they apologised and terminated the call. I would recommend registering with the TPS. I did it a couple of years ago and calls such as this have dropped off drastically, going from maybe three or four a week to virtually none. Hope this helps.
