Missed call from Oslo. Tried to send a text back to find out who it's from. Wouldn't send. Landline?? Deeply suspicious

Got a call from the number and when answered the person hung up without saying anything.

I think this is a scam. Message said I had made an unusual transaction on card, £300 Amazon and £1000 international money transfer. Call did not identify a specific card, so I am assuming this to be a scam. Interesting that it is a Bristol number identifiable to a location.
Automated call about bank security Money taken from account by gambling company.
Said they were from Fonehouse, must have spoofed the number, number came up as a pub in London.
Called but then immediately hung up when I answered, very suspect

Automated call, supposedly from Visa, advising of a pending payment of £900 from my account - the usual scam call ("press 1 to speak to an advisor," and then they try to get your bank details.)
