Morrell ppi claims
Called asking for payment for my buffer account with Talk Talk. Had all my details, including who I bank with (I did not give or confirm), so no reason to think not Talk Talk. Gave him my safety password (as only Talk Talk should have) and he tried to get me to pay buffer by card over phone. Told me I wouldn t be able to make calls if it wasn t paid. Told him I was well aware of my buffer as I had set it up and it was fine. Very persistent...pushy. Had to tell him 3 times it was paid via direct debit,
SCAM called wanted to talk about my Virgin Media broadband which was about to be disconnected. When I told him that I don’t have service from Virgin Media and suspected a scam call he got abusive.
so annoying people like this always ring when your at work.

Called at 8:31 on Saturday morning with very heavy Indian accent, saying she was from BT and that we were downloading a lot of “infections” and wanted to know “what devices” I was using.
