Called our TPS registered number. When informed of this said they weren t members of that scheme. I just ended the call. My gut feeling is that it s some type of scam.

I m averaging two cals a day from these callers with heavy indian accents variously called Mike Smith, Kevin and Dave they say they are from Surrey and want me to get on my computer because it has been infected with malicious software, and my virus protectin has been compromised. I asked for their number and got this 01905 number. Avoid like the plague.

Caller said she was calling from Amazon and someone had bought a phone on my account and they had been sending me emails yesterday. Checked Amazon account and all email folder...

I received a text message from them telling me I owed them over £90 and to contact them regarding the issue. Getting bored of these types of calls. I add them to my mobile phone contacts as PPI Call - Ignore, Marketing Call - Ignore and have accumulated 10 x Marketing Calls and 11 x PPI Calls in the last 12 months. There has to be a way of blocking these people from ringing you. What ever happened to ex directory?

Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.
