Missed call (I was out) on day -my birthday!- this number was first searched for on here (only just checked 1471 since returning). Reading the comments I think I had a 'Bournemouth' energy scammer known number (different to this one) missed/unanswered call a month or so back.
Left message to say they were from talktalk and that my internet connection would be disconnected.

PPI protection nonsense - pretty aggressive and wouldn't let the call end.
They are some kind of loft/wall insulation grant advisors. did not bother leaving messages when ansaphone picked up call
Scam - scam call saying I've been accused of some violation or other demanding I connect to one of their "officers" to give details else they'll send police round to arrest me.
Told them to f off. Haven t been bothered since
