SCAM / SPAM - Automated message for say that you’re amazon account is going to be renewed but if you don’t want it to happen press 1 and you will be transferred to someone. They try to get you details because ‘their computer systems are down’
Don t answer and if they don t leave a message, they are certainly timewasters
