SCAM / SPAM this number texted me pretending to be from paypal telling me about unusual activity on my account and asking me to follow a link to make it right, instead I just logged into my paypal and discovered that the phone number they texted me on wasnt even linked to my PayPal account. Phishing scam.

This number came up on my phone with a message saying my paypal account was suspended and a link to follow. Anyone know if this is scam please.

Just had another call from this lot - I was sleeping at the time. When I told the lady that I was TPS and had requested that my number was taken off these people's records...
SCAM pretended to be from O2 with a refund for excessive data charges he knew his way around the O2 website and asked if I wanted to increase my phone connection and helped me to locate the sim swap on the O2 website - i used my own O2 app so don’t know how they did it but my mobile phone went dead and when I tried on lone to speak with someone they told said everything was fine ! The next day I called the contact centre and they confirmed that it was a scam and had to contact my bank and credit cards
