Unsolicited Call from Burkina Faso, probably a variant of the one call or "Wangiri" type, do NOT call back as this is a chargeback autodial operation and will leave you with a hefty bill..

Other sites have reported this number as being Asian accent, rude and purporting to fix computer and being from talk talk. Such calls are scams and I received this call today. Have kept note of other numbers they use.
