They didn't know my name , address or postcode. I told them i'd check my banking app as it shows transactions immediately. The caller said they won't show up , which is why they were calling. I said i'd check anyway. They hung up. Always check first

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?
