Guy with a thick Indian accent called my work asking for the "person in charge of our website". I said he wasnt here and asked if I could take a message and he said his name was Alexis and he was calling from SEO. Obviously a scam call.

This number is being used for a scam. This number called claiming to be the bank & said two large payments had been drawn from my account- one for Amazon & one international payment . I ended the call without pressing any phone keys, then phoned my bank on a trusted number: they said my account was fine & the call had been a scam.

Text message claiming to be Santander, claiming that there is some suspicious payment attempts on your current account. Said they’d attempt to call shortly ti talk to you about it in on a number, it was like the banks number, its not the actual banks number its different by 1 digit.

A very non-English sounding person called “Jake” called claiming to be from EE asked me what type of mobile I had - if he were truly from EE he would have had that information already. Hung up!
