I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!
Telemarketing
Greenlight Telecom, said he'd been told to call this morning regarding our phone lines. I only politely said all our telephony is handled by a client and he immediately started raising his voice aggressively, saying, "Excuse me! I'm not trying to sell anything..." Usually I end a call properly but his tone was so intimidating, I just put the phone down straightaway. Yikes!
A call centre that cold calls people on behal of charities. Not 1 particular charity, a few running from 1 call centre

Bad line, sounded like someone having a conversation in the background about plants?

It's a "hi is that Mr __? I'm calling about the recent car accident you were involved in..."
Sounded a bit dangerous like it was masking a London landline number but clearly from abroad with a bad line, thick Indian accent and delayed responses. Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and started offering a lot of too good to be true offers without even saying what mobile network they were representing. I hung up.
