Be Online? Trying to reduce phone bills. I held then on the phone pretending to find the model number of my telephone, he called me an idiot. I was so upset by this! I will vote for any political party who once and for all makes this type of calling illegal. In the day and age of the Internet I m sure if we want a product or service we all have the ability to find it ourselves.

Claimed to be from BT investigating a broadband issue. I waited a short time before answerinf then he said are you listing to me, and then ang off when I asked who he was.
Text from DPD saying I had missed a delivery and to click a link to reorganise. So many scams going about it's hard to know if this is another. Not sure why DPD would text from a regular mobile number though ????
