This number is a scam- They call you via Landline automated with no number showing stating unusual activity on your phone and they will be disconnecting you within 24/48 hrs.They will then call you back and ask for you to press 1 to speak with them. I have checked with my provider but it is a SCAM - DO NOT CALL THEM BACK!

Computer assisted agent asked about a car accident, kept asking about accidents and someone hitting my car. In the end I said I had an accident last night and was transferred to a real person. He just kept saying "Hello", probably because I muted the call :)
