Identified themselves as "The Legal Team" and said they were calling about my accident (which I had actually just had). I asked who they were calling on behalf of, and they said they represent lots of insurance companies. I asked who had given them my details and they replied they didn t have that information. I then asked to speak to a manager but was told there wasn t one available, after which they hung up. This also happened after i had used RAC recovery to recover my vehicle. Caller hungup when answered phone. I ve had these sort of calls before, don t always check the full number, but I guess it s the same spam call. So annoying.
