SCAM - Text from someone pretending to be Royal Mail asking for card details so a postage payment can be taken on an item I haven't ordered!
Fraud, pretending to be a pretty chinese girl messaging through WhatsApp, but it is unacceptable an incompetent scammer who is very poor at his job. Seems to be in the extreme end of stupid. I played him along for weeks and am still nibbling on the bait. He's investing a lot of time and effort and is oblivious to the fact I'm on to him. Uses a VPN based in Dublin.
