SCAM this number rung me this morning saying that my national insurance number is at risk of being blocked as it has been linked to some illegal activities press 1 to speak to an officer. When speaking to a officer I asked him how do I know this isn't a scam and he hung up.

This number seems to be reported as Virgin Bank, Clysesdale Bank and lots of other banks, including Yorkshire Bank (as shown on my phone) my I don't have a Yorkshire Bank account. So I am very suspicious of this number, how can it be for many different banks?! I think it's spam!

An male idiot called me to follow up on a brochure I had ordered. I told him I previously did arrange for a home visit and these planks cancelled it at 2 hours notice citing a broken down car. I told him that this was a lame excuse - hadn’t they heard of car hire? He kept saying “ we can foretell a breakdown” repeatedly! Started as a silent call but picked up by "Danielle" with a Scottish accent. Offered to advise on how to reduce energy costs. Rang off when I started to ask questions about who they were. Recorded message 1/8/18 9:30am about "Windows scrappage scheme" a "government initiative" press button to opt in press another button to be removed from list. I did nothing as I am concerned pressing a button can reroute call to a premium rate chargeable call. We are on TPS, renewed regularly, so this call is unlikely to be a reputable company.
SCAM: I answered a call from this number and got an automated voice message saying I had placed an order ( Did not catch the name of the place I supposedly ordered from) and been charged £381.
