I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.

Know the town I live in. Asked if a family member had put my name down. When I asked who they were they put down. Do not recommend answering.

As this is a principle of ASDL Service and not a surprise at all, I asked her to provide more information and she hung up.. Annoying, unprofessional... BT should investigate..

Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
