Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19167199xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI refunds, accident chasers, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? Has been phoning 3 times a day trying to sell life insurance. Told them I am not interested and as soon as I have asked how they got my number, or asked what company they are calling from they immediately hang up. Total time wasters. If you have Caller ID, don't even bother answering your phone!
