Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Just to report same issues as other people have complained about. They just keep phoning - started with once a day but then increased to at least three times a day.
Rang my business, answered with my business name, brief silence then they put the phone down.
This number calls my mobile about once or twice a day, week days only!!! There is never anybody there when I answer.....who is this?

They called me but hung up before they told me who they are. After checking the tellows website, I still decided to ring back to find out who they claim to be. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.
