Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”. What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway!

Asks last time speed test was done and if you have access to laptop/computer, and will go through with you to fix Internet speed. They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. The call was in perfect Croatian. They said that I gave to them my name and telephone number when I wisited their web-site. I never leave my name and phone number on web and to people I don't know.
