This number is Santander. They contacted me when I tried to make a large transaction via Western Union and needed to confirm it was me. I was successfully able to make the transaction after the call. Very helpful.

It was the "Mobile"-masked number first, which I decided let go to missed call and I did well, because 10min later I had to make the Glasgow-looking masked number go to missed calls too, making this an impossible coincidence for an unused phone.
