This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. I tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call centre not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. Voicecall message was an automated message in an foreign language, similar to a bunch of other scam calls I've received, so I blocked the number.
