They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. I pressed 2 to speak to an agent many times just to be in a loop saying "an agent will be with you soon" finally I got through to them to someone asking for a person I do not know, I have lived at this address for 14 years and they have never lived here, I told this "Agent" this and he asked my name, address etc. to which I refused saying that I do not know you so why should I give you my name, he then got very abusive stating that I was this person, I owe £2,4

Asked me about a recent accident I ve apparently had at work and then asked for my bank details so they can "confirm my identity", even though they wouldn t give me their name, the company name, or the nature of the accident

I put my number in on an insurance comparison site and now recieve 5/10 calls a day!!! Tell them I ain t interested and still get called. Very frustrating.
