Researching this number I suspect it to be scammers who purport to work for Insulate Scotland. They claim to require access to your loft to inspect the air quality and insulation. Already on my blocked list after calling me a few times. SCAM
Got a message saying if I missed there call to ring them back, supposed to be Lloyds bank.

Fraud Recorded message, said that there had been fraud on my bank credit card, didn't say which bank or card
SCAM telling me i had some thing to pick up and to go to unknown web site for directions. I think not.
7 AM This number called me ridiculous
This is a Foriegn Inteligence Agency of the Russian federation if you have been contacted by this number. It belongs to so eone else that the Russian Inteligence Agency is Spoofing. Spoofing a local number to get you to answer the phone.
WhatsApp messaged me saying "good afternoon" as there is a WhatsApp scam/virus out there instantly deleted without opening

Marketing spam from takeaway in Edinburgh. Not PECR compliment.
SCAM: Phone rang and then caller, a computer, hung up when I didn't speak! Suspected computer call trying to sniff out voice lines. If you answer then the line is detected as 'a voice line' and will usually be logged or routed through to a sales person. You'll be called back later by some sales dude. They're usually trying to flog or get you to sign up for house insulation or some scam survey based on a government scheme. They're usually quick to say they're not selling, simply enquiring; surveying; etc.
