A text message from this number asking who I am, and claimed I had called them earlier, which was not the case. They message back asking for my name, I ignored this text too.
Call came from a software company called Soft Care, help with website design and build.

Pretending to be from our 'Internet Service Provider'. The usual scam - press 1 to be connected to our 'Executive Department'. Blocked the number.

Hid my number and called back. The phone was answered and it was about Sky scanner about booking flights that I did not initiate. SCAM.
Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.
Another AMAZON SPAM female-voice call at 1117hrs 6-2-2023 called apparently from 01268-763345.

SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. Up until this mornings call I had had no emails asking for payment - not that I would answer them anyway. email in my Inbox purporting to be from Bulb (My Energy Company) - I have a DD with them they would not act in this way = DELETED !

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. He did not use my name or say what domestic appliances he wanted to talk about, or why he wanted to talk about them.
