SCAM Very stern and meanacing sounding man who introduced himself as an 'officer' said my national insurance number (UK) had been suspended due to some repeat offences. He then invited me to speak to another 'officer' if I pressed '1'. I burst out laughing and ended the call. Remember no Government Department will call you in this way.

This number appeared on my mobile and when I answered it I found it to be a family member who was calling on their own mobile- a nunber which I have stored in my device??????

SCAM told me that my national insurance number was going to be suspended for illegal activities and that if i didnt press one my assets would be taken and i would be arrested. Really scary and luckily i didnt fall for it because im only 16 and havent used my national insurance number at all.

This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, but can be used for different organisations - also reported as robocaller. This call center uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...

Whoever they ask for tell them to remove your number and do not confirm any information with whatsoever; it will be sold to others even if you answer no to questions like "have you had an endowment policy" (see another post elsewhere online.
