I also have been charged £10.00 on my latest bill. I did enquire on the DVLA website for my car tax and MOT and I did ask for a reminder, but I was under the impression that this service was done by the DVLA and not a random company that charges me £10. I've emailed them and they are processing a refund through post office however this really shouldn't have happened in the first place. Many people will sign up for this service and the charges will go unknowing and that's probably how they make their money.

Asked for the wrong person when answered and when I replied with a generous giggle before saying "sorry you've called the wrong person" they felt they would keep asking what I found amusing. she sounded like a drip...... hung up as wasting my tim

Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. this number rings constantly. they are a nuisance and totally dishonest. do not speak to them. they are tricksters and fraudsters. these people need to be stopped.
