Allegedly from Virgin Media calling at 07:45hrs with female call centre voice after delayed pickup. Clearly scam as they put the phone down after we asked (politely) if they knew what time it was in the morning.....
SPAM Unknown number but similar to other calls received over last few weeks but with variation in last 4 digits. Number called several times with no messages left so obviously not important. This number now blocked along with others similar to this.

apparently from my bank re 2 fraud transactions on my account. never say which bank. i was supposed to click 1 or 2 depending on my answer, but walked away and left phone as I knew it was a scam. my banks never use a mobile number and would contact me via their apps or a landline which I recognise
Call was a recorded message saying that I had 2 transactions off £750 off my Credit card this morning if this was not you press 1. I didn't do it but I did check with my accounts and it appears to be a scam. As they didnt say which Credit company either. Plus surely they wouldn't use a mobile phone either. They would use land line to ring from. Plus an email or text.
It says this is Clearanswer, a marketing company and one of BTs partners.....comments from the general public seem to suggest otherwise. A very foreign voice suggested my BT contract was coming to an end. I don’t discuss new contracts with a cold caller. When I said it wasn’t due to be renegotiated she hung up...not the sort of thing a genuine person would do.

Missed a call to my mobile from this unknown local Nottingham number. Suspicious as I haven't given my number to any but a handful of friends, and my doctor/dentist/pharmacy. No message left. Another caller-trace service says this number was first detected 11 days ago, but there were no reports about it. This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers.
