Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). This is a Scam ,but unfortunately it was to late for me.It was not untill they phoned me and said that another claim that I was expecting, they said that had come through.But I phoned another no from my paperwork and they told me it was a scam.I called UKASH to put a block on Voucher.But they had used most of it .They also changed one in to Euros.I am now out of pocket ,plus the 6% that UKASH will charge in getting a refund.SO BE AWARE
