Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. Appears to be another Accident Claims company.

A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). I have had 2 calls in 2 days from this company regarding my washing machine warranty. They could not tell me how they knew what machine I had as I recently obtained this machine from my brother. No paperwork completed on transfer.

Called me once, I rejected the call, called straight back so I rejected the call again. and guess what? they called straight back!!!! so I checked out their number on here and shock of shocks - yet another PPI company! so their number is now blocked together with the other 48 numbers on my block list! :|
