Said was from TPS. Sounded like calling from India but said he was in Maidenhead (couldn t pronounce it...). Sounded dodgy, asking me if I was "still receiving nuisance calls and that he could block them" - and he eventually gave up the call.

This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

Plus the immediate desire he had regarding spending his life with me was completely unreal! His pictures also infected my computer with viruses!! SCAM called offering for my business to be featured in a publication which will highlighting legitimate local businesses and rogue traders (hopefully I fall into the former). Asked if I'd like to be featured as their "(my profession) of the year" for a fee, when I questioned it they hung up. Initially claimed to be from a crime monitoring unit, which was odd since they called from a mobile number.

A man called me from this number saying he was from santander asking me to verify my bank security questions,I told him to put any questions in writing to me as I wasn t going to tell anyone these details,he then preceded to ask me for them again! And reckoned he couldn t tell me what it was about until I could give him these details,are they really so stupid to think they d get anything?! and no the bank knew nothing about it when I checked.
