Caller is persistent but does not leave any message as to the reason for the call. The call does not say anything when phone is answered.

This number has called me every day for 10 days. Yesterday I spoke to someone and told them to stop calling me. Today I got another call and they wouldnt even stop talking to let me speak to tell them to leave me alone. They re calling about a car accident they claim I had and then claiming we re not selling anything but then of course they want private details

This number range 020 7060 belongs to the dmClub group, you could contact them on 020 7060 2000 or email them at [email?protected] If you feel scammed the callers ringing them.

I believe this number is one of those where you call back and they try to keep you on the line at a premium rate I would advise not returning the call
