This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Stephen (with a strong Indian sub-Continental accent) called from the "National Bureau" and addressed me by name, about an accident someone in the household had suffered in the last three years (not true). I asked for their telephone number as they had our details. He asked if the information about the crash was true before he could give it, I asked for their number, he asked if the information was true, I asked for their number etc and this went on 3 times. I never got round to telling him we are TPS
