Someone called me on this number this morning twice while I was in a meeting. I called back and someone called Mark answered. I did not give my details but asked why he had called me and he put the telephone down. I rang back but it just rings and rings. I have been called every day this week by 0121 732 2044 caller always puts phone down when I answer 1471 says the number is not in use.
Medicare partnership calling people over 60 to sell them the home alarm systems (pendant fall alarms). I am horrified that they call like that vulnerable people trying to sell them a lifeline. The implication being they are the only supplier. They use the sweetner of a free system (if you qualify), Not happy at all!

Had a missed call, asked for my name and to press 1, when i gavew a fake name and pressed one, went through to a man who did not know i was calling, when i explained i had a missed call he asked for my full names and when i refused he did not want to take my call.
I rang back hiding my number, when put through, I was told my details had been passed to them from national database, and that I had been involved in a road collision. I told her she didn t know who I was, but insisted my phone number was displayed and matched to the database. Obviously from the outset this is just a cold call hoping who ever answers has been involved in some kind of accident
