If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. This is a number in Swansea used by TUI. I d called their usual Customer Service number regarding special assistance and this was the number they called me back on. Totally genuine.

Man with strong Asian accent rang asking me to confirm who I was, I asked who was asking and how he had got my number. He told me that I had unresolved debts, which I challenged and said I didn t, I asked him where he had got my number from and he mentioned Debt Resolution Services. I told him that I didn t give my number out and I asked him for his company details at which point he hung up
