I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. I phoned the number and gave up after 57 minute being on hold. Indian Call Centre rings and says FROM windows Microsoft. Saying your computer has a virus and wanting you to give control of your PC to them. Double bad they want money delete the virus as well to download viruses to your pc.
