Fraud: Claiming to be the UK Refund Department, telling me my name and number have been listed as due a PPI refund of nearly £4,000. When I tried to stop her talking and explain that I am not entitled to PPI refund, having never had PPI, she continued to reel off her blurb. When she finally heard me, she stated that I did not need PPI to get the refund??? I asked for my name and number to be removed from the database. She continued the blurb.
