When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? This Telephone Number called to say that my Amazon Prime Account was being cancelled. Since I don't subscribe to Amazon I suspect the return call number was a premium rate number. was suppressed me is that it is very local and linked to M&S telephone number which must have been hacked.

This is Addenbrooke s hospital appointments reminder department in Cambridge. You have to wait for a call back to confirm you are able to attend the appointment. They do tend to call at odd times but a sensible service. Just remember to bring your appointment card otherwise parking will cost you an arm and a leg. pun intended
