they rang me this morning and asked to speak to a MR,S C....... I said i dont know anyone by the name of Ess. She tried tried to explain that S was the initial and not the name. I explained to her not to ring me if she dosnt know who shes talking to, and she even had the gaul to try to make me answer security questions first,haha. I politely told her not to ring me again and told her to P-Off but i did explain what the initial P stood for. She did then say she would remove my number from her list. hopefully

Chap with Asian accent called saying he was from Consumer Service Dept. He asked for the person who had the number before me. There seem to be many unknown callers. They tend to stop after six rings, so we simply let them stop without picking up. Annoying, all the same.

Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.
