Ethnic gentalman offering Medic alarm personal system for free when challenged suddly came up as only £39. 00p per month for 1st 6 months (Not exactly free) try to confuse me with medical science I am a retired Paramedic so when I presented some possible medical situations using medical words the phone went silent. SCAM E-Mail, I believe this e-mail to be a scam. Informed me that my Currys PC protection plan is up for renewal @ £499.99. The phone number that they suggest I ring to talk about the renewal or cancellation is +44 1348 881008 this on checking, is a company in Dudley, using a [email protected] address. I may be wrong but I don't have any service plans with Currys and I think their e-mail address would include some reference to currys.

Received a call from this number today asking me for my work ID number. Refused to provide as the person who did not identify himself when calling my private phone number. Asked from where he obtained my number got no answer. When calling back, person did not take call. Going back to base explained the incident to my manager, manager called this number from the office landline caller took the call and was still demanding the ID number said he will get it anyway and hung up.
