Looks like a scam. Robocall threatening to stop all benefits associated with my SSN. "To talk to a representative press 1". Interesting because I live in the US. Caller lives in the UK.
This number called an ex-directory phone. I do not take unknown calls. The person left a message on my answer machine in a foreign tongue, possibly Mandarin or similar.

I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. Caller said they were from "Microsoft Corporation". They asked for information about my computer, telling me that they knew there was a problem. I kept them talking by asking questions. The caller got angrier and told me that they would be "seeing me tomorrow" before ringing off.
