SCAM Called to tell me my internet was slow and they would fix it. They tried to send me to a website to fix it but when I asked if I could have a number to call them back to make sure they were legit they hung up. They then called back to ask when was a convenient time to call me and I restated I wanted to call them and they hung up again. The second time the call came from 01483828426.

I used to work for this company and can confirm that they are based in Barnstaple and take the card details from space bags (spacesystems)they take the orders for spacebags as well and just transfer the customers details to the freetime database, they are not based in spain and force their staff to lie or be sacked, the whole operation is illegal and immoral

Complete scam - send them an e-mail through their website http://www.firstassistsolutions.com/contact/ (use a bogus e-mail address and phone number and see how they like the runaround!!!) THis company called me and said a member of my family had been involved in a car crash. I asked could this be my mum, who had driven me to work this morning and then gone home, but wouldn t give me more information, or even tell me if she was ok. Eventually they said that she hadn t been in an accident and it was a sales call. Disgusting.

Sounded like a recorded call purporting to be from Mastercard about a security issue about a £600 charge this morning. Well, Mastercard would not call - my card provider would do so. I banged down the phone, but to be regarded as dangerous. Beware.

They called twice in one week. You always know these people. You answer once, twice and then when you are just about ready to hang up they speak. Lots of back ground noise from their colleagues making more nuisance calls to other poor victims and they ask for you by name but need you to confirm it. You either say they have the wrong number and that person isn t known at this number then hang up or, just say that the line is breaking up and you can t hear them. They get bored really quickly and hang up.
