Just had a call from this number asking for Mrs my name I said no it s Miss. She said just a quick call today, she was Jenny calling from National Institute for the Blind...and I put the phone down. Agree with Sue no problem with them as such, but the fact I hadn t asked for contact from them.

I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.

The number is calling out making a claim after having an accident. I asked them to remove my number from their call sheet.
Just mortgages. I requested a call back from a broker and this is the number that called me back. Nothing dodgy or unsolicited.
SCAM automated message, pretending to be BT, saying suspicious activity on phone line and internet, press one to speak to executive to solve situation. Didn't.. and hung up.
SCAM This number was used to contact me pretending to be from my son (the 'Hi mum' Whatsapp scam). Luckily I was sufficiently cautious not to get caught by it or to hand over any money. I have reported and blocked the number.

0207 9245544 - this number is a scam!!! Called me twice, I didn't answer as didn't recognize the number. I then googled the number and it's some motability Volkswagen thing in London. I called them four times trying to find out why they called me - they are rude and refuse to tell me why they called me!!! Instead, they demanded my name and then started the sales pitch! I never contacted them and I'm not in London so have nothing to do with them! This is clearly a scam!!!

RECEIVED A SILENT PHONE CALL THIS MORNING 23 OCT 2019 - WANTED TO REPORT IT TO BT BUT HAD TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS A SCAM PHONE CALL FIRST. OTHERWISE I COULD BE PREVENTING GENUINE CALLERS FROM USING THEIR PHONES. Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.
