I didn't recognise the whole number but knew the local code so I answered. It's Rapid Entry Rescue phoning me after one of their guys actually got me in my cat after I locked the keys inside!

No idea why it rang my private number. On answering it very loudly played the engaged tone - no-one there! I had not tried to ring the number myself before or since. This call was logged at 1624 on 16 March 2023.
Missed a call to my mobile from this unknown local Nottingham number. Suspicious as I haven't given my number to any but a handful of friends, and my doctor/dentist/pharmacy. No message left. Another caller-trace service says this number was first detected 11 days ago, but there were no reports about it. This is my house telephone number in Oswestry Shropshire. A 90 year old lady in some distress phoned me on this number today to ask why I had been contacting her. She told me she lives in Eastbourne and had been contacted from a number purporting to be from this one asking for finacial information. I explained I had not phoned her but it was probably a phishing scam and suggested she blocked it. I feel I needed to report this scam and this number on her behalf. Scum does not adequately label these people.

After the worst experience of my life dealing or rather " attempting " To deal with Scottish Power it is a whole new experience dealing with British gas lite ,the simplicity surrounding B/gas is very nearly faultless , enter readings , receive bill online in minutes , pay by direct debit , wonderful the only fly in the ointment on a couple of times my meter readings were not as b/gas expected.
Scam! Making out he was from Ryanair!!! Wanted me to sceeen record online bank! Wanted my bank card details for no reason I was about to give my NatWest card and he said do you have a Monzo card!!!! I mean is that because NatWest are hot on Fraud totally put the phone down at this point! Be very vigilant!

I assume this was a phishing attempt as the automatic message claimed to be from "my bank" (no specific bank mentioned) warning me of an Amazon debit and a large international transfer. Press 1 to speak to an "advisor".

This number called twice today. The man claims to be from a mobile phone company that works with my operator. Offers better deals. and need my details, and my contract details and when I asked why he's not taking data from the screen he admitted that my details are not there and he is calling with a completely different company. Clearly scammers and it's better not to talk to this number.
