Potential scam. There was a recorded message supposedely from my internet service provider (although it didn't say which ISP they were calling on behalf), saying that our internet service would be disconnected in 4 hours due to 'Router Malfunction'. Our router is working fine. I suspect this is a 'Technical Support Scam', where we would be expected to pay for fixing something that isn't broke.

I have just had a call from this number, when I answered they called me by my first name, said where they were calling from and I said I have not been involved in any accident nor has any member of my family. Fraud. Said they were from Sky Tech support calling about broadband problems and wanted me to access my a/c online. Told him to call back next day. I then checked with Sky that it was a fraudulent caller, Now looking forward to tomorrows call!
