Medicare partnership calling people over 60 to sell them the home alarm systems (pendant fall alarms). I am horrified that they call like that vulnerable people trying to sell them a lifeline. The implication being they are the only supplier. They use the sweetner of a free system (if you qualify), Not happy at all!

I have been called every day this week by 0121 732 2044 caller always puts phone down when I answer 1471 says the number is not in use.
It was an automatic message saying there was an attempt of £900 payment with my Visa Card… This looks suspicious for me as someone tried to take a fake payment with my Visa card a few months ago but a real person from my bank called me, not a robot!

Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. Had a missed call, asked for my name and to press 1, when i gavew a fake name and pressed one, went through to a man who did not know i was calling, when i explained i had a missed call he asked for my full names and when i refused he did not want to take my call.

This number is from a cold calling company naming themselves Total Review. They want to keep you on your phone as it makes them money. I have been called by a couple of these numbers with the last four digits varying. Just another scam.

SCAM / SPAM Can anyone tell how to stop them from using it?
Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.
When answered automated service states barclays and other bank customers etc entitled to ppi etc. when you ring back an automated nessage answers the phone saying about pension entitlments, if you press 9 apparently your number gets put on their do not contact list.
