The caller is a recorded message telling you that your tax return has indicated that you have been found to have entered fraudulent details and will be fined or face jail. So Octopus Brokers pretending to be an Energy Company, are selling private details to third parties who want to put lethal equipment in people's homes so they can cut people off when they feel like it.
